"Rachel assisted me with an Auto quote. She tried every way possible to get coverage that's designed to fit my family's needs. I will weigh all my options before making a final decision. One major factor for me, other than cost, is customer service! As a small business owner myself, I can recognize great customer service that isn't manufactured or feloniously created! False empathy and conjured sympathy is an immediate red flag for me. Rachel is legitimately concerned about serving the customers in the best way possible! When you have agents that bring added worth to an existing quality product or service, it's win win! Sometimes quality is going to cost you more on the front end and expectantly so. Inferior service comes at a cost that leaves you truly questioning why you cut that corner just to save a few more dollars..."
